Watt invented the Steam engine, from the engine came the purpose. The net could not define it's purpose, as the steam engine alone had no purpose, it was those who used the creation to ease application in their every day needs that proved the value of the creation.

I had a houseful last week and my computer allowed access to college for homework and school to get final grades. The function of the computer as an educational tool and the net the provider of the links has ever been in my mind one of the most useful applications of net connection. The net is ever increasing communication ease in our world.

We live with technology all about us and rarely think of how we interact with it. The past week my computer was used to do home work on a college course then hopped into another nation to obtain grade results. The same computer shares instant pictures of family members in different locations. As the net extends outward people find new ways of using it.

The difficulty of the net was providing a purpose which would create instant cash flow for the providers of the net gear. Yet the net was like the steam engine it's very being allowed the purpose to be continually defined.

The economy conflicts with the net. It is not due to tech that our labor rate is prone to inflation. It is not the fault of technology that there are numerous unscrupulous people who literally bilk the public in the stock market.

The communications sector will grow as people are now finding uses for what has been built. The problem is that speed and width must be continually increasing and cost of access must be kept reasonable so the multi purposes that are now in constant creation will be not find they are being reduced by limit.
