STEALING AMTRAK ON THE CHEAP Karen, You aren't quite up to speed on the Amtrak scheme. The BUSHES want to bankrupt it so they can part it out and sell it for pennies on the dollar to their friends. This racket has already been run in Great Britain, foisted on the nation by that queen-bitch Margaret Thatcher. What they ended up with is a scandal. Trains that never meet schedule because they're always falling off the track killing the paying customers. It's a fright. And that is what BUSH wants to do here. Just watch them work the angle.
