I am no techie either. However, last year I did switch from my old Gateway (1st computer) to a new Dell not the best but a pretty good one. The difference was incredible. I love the Dell and last week just bought a new digital camera. Not the most expensive but a good one. My old big clunky Kodak will gather dust now. The new Pentax has such great features and the software greatly surpasses the Kodak software and makes it so easy to load pictures on my computer.
Oh yeah and I got high speed cable with Comcast late this year and I love it but I'm no techie either but I like the speed and reliability.
If you can read into what I've said then you'll understand that even non techies will upgrade all kinds of techie things like I've mentioned. That said there will be new buyers of all kinds of techie things so you know what? Tech isn't dead and that's the reason you'll see a strong comeback in tech stocks. Some of that may actually happen today as well. BWDIK
