Don Hays study on vix over 39 1/2 says we are at a near term low or close to it per CNBC

we are as oversold as you can get on the udv 1 percent oscillator (without breaking into a new range), slightly below September on the NYSE and an interesting zig zag 5 wave pattern similar to the September low in the NASD, although those stats are distorted by WCOME
