Additional indicators w bullish implications:
My Business Sentiment indicators hit a deep low last week, w all the obsession over corporate credibility generated by the Worldcom situation. It is contrarian with a lead of 0-5dys. Unless something comes along to top last week for a negative shock, we'll improve in the coming week(s).

Long-term sentiment (1-3mo lead) has begun to improve a bit. When we get outflows from Stock Funds as we have recently, Fund Companies, Brokerage firms with in-house funds, and financial planners get worried over the loss of $. They advertise and give "expert opinion" concerning the benefits of long-term investing and remind the public that stocks always go up in the long term. They're starting to repeat that pattern, so there's a potential for a significant rally. Nasdaq Long-term sentiment is not, however, improving, so any short-term rally is probably just an opportunity to sell at a lesser loss.
