A rally from, say, SPX 830 to SPX 960 (just over the neckline) is not insignificant -- about 16%. More than one should ever expect from the S&P in a normal bull year. -ng

I agree I see a litlle bouncing of neck till aug-oct when seasonality comes to town. Also Sideways action and a little up will help VIX and p/c
