RECAP -- Consumer Confidence worse than expected; earnings, if better than expected, will help restore some confidence of course, but action needed on corporate mistrust for us to really rally (at some point - Fall? Nov?) Remember the Power Players want a choppy volatile Market so they can maximize short and long techniques and make money off the small guy. So far virtually every one day rally has failed on day two. It's a zero-sum game, someone wins, someone loses.
