We don't know who said it, there was no investigation, and certainly no report at the time. These liberal lies are what we're trying to get away from. I think the fact that liberals get their information fourth-hand is part of the problem. Because liberals often don't have sufficient intellect to comprehend the problems with hearsay, statements that are unsupported are often taken at face value when they are simple misstatements, or worse, lies. If you have contemporaneous documentation, present it. If not, then you haven't an argument.
