Insider trading is a serious matter. Likewise, potential bank fraud, lying to a grand jury, perjury, subornation of perjury and misuse of office by a sitting President are also serious matters.

The difference is that the facts clearly show Bush in the clear and were established in a previous investigation AND have been hashed and rehashed in three different election cycles. The facts clearly show Clinton in a much different situation....

Drawing a parallel between the two situations is either naive, disingenuous or the very definition of "partisan" behavior you claim to abhor....

One big difference is that Clinton's happened while he was in office, and, under pressure, he acknowledged them. The charges against Bush were for something that happened more than ten years ago, he has denied any wrongdoing, has been investigated, and has been cleared.
