Bush did file his 144 on time. Harken failed to file the follow on Form 4 on time.

well charles, I do wonder at what vile evil and depraved things that you have not been found innocent of. Has the SEC found you innocent of all the alleged crimes committed by ENE and WCOM.

Could you please list all the things you have been found innocent of.

I find you innocent of having any brains or common sense.
I find you innocent of any understanding of what being an American is.

Dear Charles: I think you know as well as I do that the form 144 is the important form and it was filed timely. The second form and probably the first was filed by his attorneys, who apparently forgot. Is that such a sin, Form 4 was purely a perfunctory form actually pretty much ignored by the SEC. I have filed plenty of them myself for clients in the past, often late and it was no big deal. JDN

Correct

Bush was NOT found innocent; the SEC just chose not to act.
