Oh, I believe it. Roe v. Wade was procured with similar fraud. Its typical of the demolibs who use the Courts to legislate what the people and their elected reps. will not agree to.

GZ, Newdow should be charged with some sort of child abuse. Using her name to force his opinion on others indicates a coward that cannot hope to succeed on his own, but must hide behind his eight year old's petticoats. Despicable!!!
