Yup, no options...... but salaries hit all time highs.

I don't think for a second that we will see a new era of reasonable salaries for these crooks..... 'er CEO's..... they will find a way to line their pockets.

Don't forget that Prez. Clinton pushed hard to eliminate the corporate deductibility for "obscene" salaries for corporate executives in the mid-1990s. At around that time, stock option grants in compensation packages became more widespread (and larger) to accomodate, executive compensation became literally tied to stock price, EBIDTA became the buzz, accounting shenanigans became easier, and the market exploded.

Now we're paying the price.
