What you *actually* said was that 'Harken didn't file the Form 4'.

Now, perhaps that post wasn't meant to mislead people... perhaps it was just sloppy, but it certainly leaves the impression that the filing was Harken's responsibility - which it certainly was not, as I'm sure you agree with.
