Frank, Thanks for that weather note. Have been watching the El Nino and PDO up till about two weeks ago when I became too overwhelmed with stuff to do, so I missed the official announcement. But as you know I posted it was an El Nino a long time ago. I've got a few anomalies on my own weather forecast system lately that indicate this will be a very interesting year, perhaps forming a new pattern for a new century. Hope I get my testing of my revamped system done in time for a winter forecast. I'll know in a month or so if I'm going to make it, say by Sept 1. Best Roebear
