Roger, you can always send Gov Davis a thank you card for his inaction (other than blame everyone else). Good letter in IBD on Weds - "Gray clouds for CA".

Or you could leave CA like we did 18 Months ago. My insurance, car registration, sales tax, etc dropped an average of 30 to 40% here in Idaho. Its also a couple of degrees cooler most of the time. (Except it is 106 today).
