No. The tax cuts are back end loaded. Collapsing stock prices are also due in large part to the fear the war has created and the wave of corp. scandals, also events W does not control....

The only ones to have had a substantial tax cut effective immediately have been the ones with the lower incomes....the folks that have realized benefit from Bush's tax cut are the one's you lefties claim to be "fighting for"
