I'm "concerned", which is why I don't invest in AMD any more. Right now, I feel like taking a more conservative route (which means, drastically smaller INTC position as well!). I am not saying that AMD is going bankrupt, so please don't categorize me in that group.

From their most recent qtr statement it looks like the current portion of the long-term debt is about $260M. I believe the current portion is what is due over the next twelve months. In the first warning CC AMD noted they were going to be paying $100M+ on the debt this quarter.

The annual report and 10K also note general debt obligations but their presentations are slightly different. Dave and I pondered these a while back but never reached any conclusions.
