That $10 billion works out to about $250,000 per AIDS death in the US, compared to $2000 per Heart Disease death and $7000 per Cancer death. A little bit of behavior modification would go a long way.

I,ve got some research for them. Keep your dick out of other peoples butts, don't let other people put their dick in your butt and wear a condom if you have sex with people you don't really know very well. Chances are you won't have anything to worry about.

Oh yea, Don't use other people's needles or better still, don't shoot drugs into your veins.
