"Where is the redress of grievance for the public if not in the Courts?"

I visited these guy's web site and this is a conclusion that could be reached as to JW, but it seems the only people they have been suing for seven years has been only democrats.

If you are asking me if using the courts is for redress, then you know I agree.

At bottom Bush's speech and O'neil's clean up hitter speech was total zero because of it's reliance on the criminal justice system, which of course, they control.

It was the recent, republican led, initiative that passed the recent legislation THAT PROHIBITED PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS FROM SUING COMPANIES FOR EXACTLY THE TYPE OF FRAUD WHICH WAS ENRON.

I guess, then the real bush agenda is to have the executive branch control who get's punished.

The problem with that of course is it is always post hoc, and 100 or 100000 sec attorneys can't do retroactively what 10 private attorneys could have done to prevent this sort of fraud, before it became a multi-billion dollar issue.

Please note, I am not blaming any particular party. This is nonpartisan. A Pox on any house (or senate) which takes away the power of individuals to correct individual wrongs.
