Try www.panicware.com; Pop-up stopper. Or try Mozilla, netscape's Open-standards browser. I have found it an excellent replacement for IE with good pop-up controls.

Velo...I agree but I found the solution last week from another poster. www.panicware.com Go there...Download their FREE service Takes 2 minutes...your done...problem gone I love it...no more Reliaquote or Register.com and everything else that was flying in my face on every refresh Good Luck Chris
