The sick thing about Mitch Daniels is that he's a pathological liar.

Virtually the whole Administration is full of pathological liars [Powell perhaps the exception]. It must have been a CV criteria for selection.

The semi-final numbers won't be out till after April 2003 when the revenue numbers are tallied up.

White House promises lower deficit next year - just like their promises of budget surpluses before the tax cut. Only fools believe them. Look for higher deficits and with them, higher interest rates.
