MSI, For court cases I would have to do a little research. I have read several books about it. "The Creature from Jekyll Island", "The Life of Andrew Jackson", "Money and Freedom" are just a few that talk about the constitutionality of fiat money. I also remember Congressman Ron Paul writing something about it a couple years back. I will have to look it up again. I would like to see him run for higher office. Right now it looks like the Constitution comes first with him...but things change in politics. -Mana
