thanks hueyone, I'll check this out. I'm trying to find a solution to this options issue using the Larry situation from last year as the test case, since there was so much money involved, it was a situation where he could not defer it anymore... and the overall result of what Oracle has become including Larry's pay - is favorable to most. When those options were granted Oracle was behind Sybase in SQL software- almost considered a tools vendor. L
