This is worse than 1974? Wow. Maybe I don't have to suffer through any more comments (like I did back in 2000) from entrepreneurs who founded their companies in the early days and said we have it a lot easier than them. : )

Re: Real estate bubble

At some point, the gov't is going to wake up and realize that some of those gains should be taxed. The economy gets imbalanced when real estate gains aren't taxed but stock gains are.
