Apple is not near death. Consult online resources for detals.

I use Macs, I know many others who use Macs, and I see no reason these things will change.

Their OS, OS X, is wonderful.

(P.S., I have used CP/M, RSX-11M, VMS, DOS, CP/M-86, ZetaLisp, the Mac OS in all of its incarnations, and Windows 2, 3, and NT and XP.)

Saying Apple is dead, or near-dead, is wishful thinking on your part.
