Hi JDN....so you know the Million Dollar Highway too, eh? What a beautiful, and terrifying road, especially when one is a little kid...in the winter, going up from Ouray (on to Durango),and the car starts to slip, and slip...and slip...only about a foot from the edge and look down about 1500 feet...no guardrail....

You wouldn't find me on the Rubicon JDN. I love Leadville. It is the closest I've ever been to the top of the world. I would imagine a winter there would be plenty of time to get familiar enough with boredom? The town is so small there can't be much to do?
