Who can do better with the money Bill Gates or those bureaucracies like the Helium balloon program. Usually the people who make money don't stuff it into a mattress but they throw it back into the economy. Giving money to the government is just transferring money to incompetents. They give it to UN bureaucrats who buy white hookers and villas off the Ivory Coast. How come with all they take in on gasoline taxes the roads are in bad shape. Answer is fraud waste mismanagement and corruption. THe entire government is run like Enron. And you think the money is better off in their hands. Fool it was costing 1,000 dollars a person to take a ride on Amtrak. How come with all the trillions of dollars they get they haven't made a dent on poverty ? The war on poverty is as fraudulent and useless as the war on drugs.
