Arnie BLTI: What you describe is turning over the float Arnie. Remember we bought BLTI last June at 3 and 3.25. I'd bet that if you look at the institutional ownership you would find that those that bought last year are now selling those positions, having held over a year. Once the float is in new hands (that feel the stock has further potential) then any event to the positive side will force the stock to the higher levels. So long as BLTI keeps delivering on their claims things will be okay....one little glitch and they will run like hell (this is the new market you know). Ken
