AA, some of the charts and cycles and one of my extra special indicators point to a low around the end of this month (there is a cycle date on July 26 also).

This low should be the big reversal, and the rise off of that could last about 6-weeks or so. That would be just enough to get some of the weekly and monthly charts high enough to drop again into the end of the year.

COMP 1200? I believe that will happen this month. NDX 825-840 also. I believe if that happens, the Dow and NYA should take out their Sept. lows too. The Dow has only around 8400 as support below 8600.

With an A-B-C nearly done or nearly done off the COMP 1336 low, we should be ready for the next drop.

Lee had a nice chart I saw the other day on Marketswing. It showed the SPX hitting the bottom of his channel at 900, but the COMP still a ways from the bottom of its channel at that time. That makes sense to me.

I still believe we'll see a local bottom when MSFT hits 47.49 or so (a pseudo double bottom), and that might get in range after earnings on July 18 (Thursday after close).

This would seem to put an A-B-C from the Sept. lows in doubt, or make the C a .382 of the A.

<<This could turn out to be one helluva lousy trade>>

For sure, couldn't they have done it 4 months ago?<NG>

Will be interesting if more and more pension fund managers (who are saddled with the "fixed liability" problem) come around to their way of thinking, though.

they don't trade. that's the pt. They stay with allocations for years. Who knows how long it took them to decide that ... but they won't switch in less than a couple of years probably.
