Bill, not so sure. Many people go to "stores" such as Best Buy, Fry's, Circuit City, etc. (but not Radio Shack <gg>) to purchase their computers. Let's face it, not all users have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering; therefore, many have no need to know about the internal workings of their computers.

I think, in some ways, we are agreeing that HPQ and any other box maker that sells through stores is going to have a difficult time.
