OK, now you have presented the Israeli interpretation and I have presented the Arab interpretation of the Barak proposal which was not written down anywhere. I'm sure you have read the Arab interpretation as closely as I have read the Israeli. And I'm sure you can see that there are major differences in these 2 interpretations. My take is that the reality of the proposal will never be fully known and that it will be used by both sides to bolster their own intransigent position. Neither of us have access to the proposal and as such we both speculate as to it's significance.
You still have not presented Arafat's declaration that he was ready to accept the accords. Knowing Arafat's techniques I am sure that he had lots of conditions attached to the declaration. I have not been able to find the declaration and that's why I asked you to post it. I have only seen press comments on this declaration. Still hope you can post the text of Arafat's declaration.
Thanks for posting the Israeli viewpoint on the Barak proposal.
