GZ, I can well imagine she was trying to protect her daughter and herself....she's probably ashamed she EVER had anything to do with the wacko!!! I agree that he should be charged with emotional abuse of his daughter....Where is the ACLU on matters that count?

GZ, I have not read, or heard, where the mother was during the flack about the pledge, and subsequent ruling by the court. KLP is probably right in his reply to you. At any rate, she is really unhappy about the whole thing now, and the daughter is reported to be very upset about it all.
