And I deplore the lightweights that are now on Crossfire, once my only unmissable evening show.

It is laughable to me that under the guise of "balanced coverage" CNN puts forth Tucker Carlson. This guy is weak, weak, and borders on being a liberal himself. To put him up against these two mouthpieces Carville & Begala is ridiculous.

Begala is such an extremist attack dog my wife won't watch the show anymore; if I don't put something else on she gets up and leaves the room. Begala simply is incompetent to make truly reasoned arguments, and consistently resorts to out-of-context quotes and even outright lies (last night he referred to Bush's "Insider Trading", and there has not been one credible allegation, let alone proof, of insider trading).

I don't agree with Buchannan much of the time. But at least when he was on the program the Right had a voice. Tucker just cannot stand up to those two extremist liberals.
