JW: question. we know that in 94-95 Rube/Cliton went to short rates with our debt. What about now? Did they ever go back long or are we still exposed? If still significantly on the short end when somebody with a brain at treasury gets smart and goes long, our anal deficate will balloon. Make a nice addition to the end of the world as we know it.
