Walter Scott was the former CEO of Kiewit. Ken Stinson - Board member is the current CEO of Kiewit. The former Chief financial officer of Kiewit is also on the Board of Directors. Jim Crowe came from Morrison Knudsen - A bankrupt Construction Management firm the specilised in representing the D.O.T. and Utility companies on similar projects in which Kiewit bid as prime contractor.

Kiewit's cost-plus contract with Level 3 (LVLT's greatest expense) and the background of the Board of Director's and Walter Scott will place these people under tight scrutiny by the SEC and Bush's white collar crime force. These fools never should have remain in control for so long.

The good news is because of the conflict of interests. The is no question what-so-ever. Walter and crew will go to prison if Level 3 files for BK and Kiewit does not have the ability to return any excessive profits to Level 3's creditors. This is good news if you owe the bonds at least.

The dilution has just begun. Walter will turn over every rock, looking for people if not himself to buy convertable debt.
