I know, it looks dubious- as if the chairman advocated buying in a boardmeeting or something. Otoh, maybe nt has one of these employee quiet period trading windows and it opened up on that day. And a few purchases were over 500K$, kinda hard to nudge people into forking out that kind of money as a goodwill gesture.

I once worked in a company that had these quiet periods and there was about a 2 week period between the close of the prior quarter QP and the start of the next, can happen.

NT got some new business, and so did Ciena, and Juniper made their numbers without wcom- no denying that.
