All of this represents a drop in the very big bucket, particularly if you try to calculate this on a fully diluted basis.

Recently, I asked the Investor Relations unit if there has been any options grants/options repricing for officers through May 2002. In a round about way, I was told that Nortel complies with all Canadian and U.S. filings requirements. In other words, wait until next year's proxy statement, unless they choose to disclose it sooner.

At the shareholders meeting a few months ago, someone wanted to know how many board meetings each board member attended. There is no requirement that that specific detail be disclosed, and they would not voluntarily disclose it(bast_ _ _ _).

Good rhetorical question. While it is better to see buying at market prices than selling by these guys, what is a disappointment to me is the incredibly low numbers of shares they actually hold in total.

Still, gotta clutch at straws where NT is concerned these days, so let's focus on the +ve.
