NEOF Neoforma.com cut to Buy at WR Hambrecht -- accounting confusion (10.73)

WR Hambrecht downgrades to BUY from Strong Buy. Firm recommends that risk-averse investors stay on the sideline until some of the accounting related uncertainty is eliminated, but recommends investors with a high risk tolerance and a longer time horizon take advantage of weakness in the stock price.
