Paul: NWRE has superior strength in the bear market. << do you think one should just stay out of the market until it hits a bottom? >> Yes, but we don't know when the market hits the bottom. I look at 3 indexes (DJIA, SP500 and Nasdaq): if one index falls below 50 day MA, move to 25% cash; if two indexes fall below 50 day MA, 55% cash; if all three indexes fall below 50 day MA, 90% cash. We can go to 100% cash, but after that we don't follow the market closely. Julius
