"If he's guilty of violating the law, he'll be put away. If he's not guilty, shut up." The whole problem here is that there is a perception that there is no justice for wealthy corporate insiders and such. That the wealthy are immune to jail time. Everybody in congress gets up and gives a speech about how bad this corporate corruption is, and nobody goes to jail. It's like that old commercial used to say "where's the beef?"
