Bush usually looks like a deer in the headlights, but he's improving. As long as he doesn't talk without a script. As far as having it reopened, what's the concern. Why would anyone be scared anyway? As far as being an LWE, does that mean anyone calling for investigations is an LWE? I saw Perot's opening excuses for Perot Systems and the Enron energy accounting slight-of-hand, and at least he was man enough to show up immediately, and state they have "every right to investigate". A 180-degrees from the rats in Washington. Does that mean Perot is a LWE also?
