if more than a couple of states in the US started to "get out," I would sit up and take notice. I have former co-worker who runs money for Missouri's -- I am going to check in with him and see the mood there.

I also think it's prob wrong to take that as a contrary signal. They've incurred double losses -- currency and stock, because you can bet they had quite a bit of American equities.

Take a look at a 130min or daily of the $MSH. Do you see any terminal or reversal patterns?
