Dear texiretardo, thank you for another article demonstrating the humanitarian side of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH. When I think of Uncle Sam giving money to the talking heads, enviro-wackos and actors and such to build any kind of infrastructure, all I see is accidents of smashed thumbs and fools burning themselves alive bumbling thru just one more area where they are clueless.
