Today's (7/13) NYT basically paints a picture that tells me WorldCom now has a snowball's chance in Hell of avoiding Bankruptcy.
On Tuesday a Judge will rule whether WCOM can or can not not spend any more of there present 2.6 billion loan.
The mere fact that the loaning banks have requested WorldCom spending frozen gives them close to zero chance of getting any future funding. Max
