Chris (Hardball) Matthews was on NBC this morning. He made two observations: 1)Bush is in serious trouble. 2)And that when Bush runs up the scare banner of terrorist attacks, he surrounds himself with every military officer that has a star on their shoulder and Rummy ,for their public display. However, he had to go to NYC last week alone,to give his big "hot-air" speech about business corruption. As Matthews pointed out, Bush had no one to use as a backdrop other than a rogues list of potential Leavenworth attendees. Shrub in a walk in '04....plank walk that is!
