deflation will continue here, inflation will rage there

dollar decline effect will offset most deflation soon
but the debt collapsing will continue to be awesome

the monetary inflation from Fed Printing Press will soon be directed squarely into the commodity markets
just saw a CRB Commodity chart recently
looks real strong, real bullish

this is Puplava's Perfect Storm scenario
debt-based sectors will have deflation
(and strong dollar effect inflation upheaval)
cash-based sectors will have inflation

all the Fed money will seek a path of least resistance
it will be commodities
financials: gold, silver
commercials: oil, gas

it has begun
but the deflation force from debt liquidations may be more powerful than I anticipated, and might be enough to offset early rounds of dollar declines
and pricing power is lousy nowadays for vendors
this will be interesting to observe

glad to see some among the pundits recognizing the dollar inflation threat
we have completed the first serious downleg for the USdollar
this early autumn will be another magnificent downleg
the inflation effect from the second downleg will be harder to absorb
