We looked around the property, negotiated a letter of intent, raised some money and then moved in and did some testing. The logical way to do it in mining. If one did not have the royalty issues etc. pegged before testing, then why would one test? I have never heard of anybody spending money on testing a property on which they had no control. I think that your type of reasoning is why you and your brother had to steal and cheat to make your money. More opinions
