Actually the rules now versus the bubble of 29 were much better. I didn't hear many people jumping off buildings or losing 10x to 100x times everything like they did back then. The system worked. People lost money but most people actually lost money that they have made many times over during the 90s. The only ones that truly lost money were the ones that got into the market for the first time during 97/98 and after and the ones that only invested in vapor dot net companies. Even with the crash of the bubble I'm in fact 50x richer than I was in 1992. Most others that have been invested that long are as well IMO. Money was lost no question, but was lost from the huge profits that we all had.
