You're forgetting that he was BELIEVED by 70% to 80% of the public, something Clinton could never claim. Democrat ravings that Bush somehow lacks integrity are transparent to that vast majority of the voting public. If they don't try another approach, they are dead in 2002 and 2004. And the wonderful thing about that is that they don't HAVE another approach. Raising taxes, and yielding to the Taliban so as not to "offend" them? As Begala would say, "Please, PLEASE run on that !"...
