LUV remains the top performer in the industry. I don't own it now, but have been watching for an entry point. Have owned it twice in the past five years and have made nice profits on several stock splits.

The fundamentals are still good and they recently announced new longer range routes which will be more profitable than their short hops. Just my opinion that it is near a low and will probably market perform from here.

LUV has a $10 billion market cap, compared to say, United, with 330 million. Even if airlines recover, the money ought to be going into the big majors.
